The minimum age is 12. There is no age limit.

The course structure of Paragym is designed to allow people of all skill levels to participate at a level, which is both safe and individually challenging. The permission to participate in any given course does not depend so much on your age as it does on your physical condition. You can be 65 and more active than someone half as young! Our initial movement analysis is used to determine where you are now and the safest path of progression.

Paragym suits a variety of people and motivations:

"Willing or Able"

For people who move a lot daily and those who don’t move at all: people who seek the postural tools to make their daily movement more beneficial, as well as those who lack movement currently, who want to bring a greater diversity of activities into their lives... Anyone who understands that learning how to move their body and maneuver their own body weight is really the first step they should take to increase their enjoyment of life.
