SESSIONS

In the session classes we keep the same students and the same objectives throughout the whole session. Because of that our session courses allow a faster progression. We also uses exercises that are more adapted to the student than in our regular courses. You must register in advance to participate in these courses which last 8 to 12 weeks. You must be present at the same time each week for the duration of the session. Make sure you look at the course requirements before registering as some courses may have prerequisites. Also make sure to enroll the participant in the correct age range.
